NOCPIX ACE 2 H50R Thermal Scope
The NOCPIX ACE 2 H50R combines a highly sensitive 640 × 512 thermal sensor with a fast 50 mm F0.9 objective lens. It also features an integrated 1,200 m laser rangefinder, ballistic calculation and Ocular Zoom 2.0.
With NETD ≤12 mK, the ACE 2 H50R can reveal subtle temperature differences in demanding conditions. Meanwhile, its 60 Hz refresh rate keeps movement smooth and responsive.
The result is a feature-rich thermal scope built around clear imaging, intuitive controls and integrated ranging.
640 × 512 Thermal Sensor
At the heart of the ACE 2 H50R is a 640 × 512 VOx thermal detector with a 12 µm pixel pitch.
Its NETD ≤12 mK thermal sensitivity helps preserve detail when temperature differences are small. Therefore, objects can remain easier to distinguish in challenging thermal conditions.
In addition, the 60 Hz refresh rate provides smooth thermal imagery when scanning or following movement.
The scope has a specified detection range of up to 2,600 m for a 1.7 × 0.5 m target at P(n) = 99%.
Fast 50 mm F0.9 Objective Lens
The 50 mm F0.9 objective lens is designed to maximise thermal energy reaching the sensor.
It provides an 8.8° × 7.0° field of view. At 100 m, this covers approximately 15.4 × 12.3 m.
The new central focus turret provides convenient ambidextrous focusing. This keeps image adjustment within easy reach during use.
R+ 2.0 Image Processing
The ACE 2 H50R features R+ 2.0 AI image enhancement alongside Ultra-Clear mode.
Image brightness, contrast and sharpness can each be adjusted across 10 levels. As a result, the thermal image can be configured to suit different conditions and personal preferences.
There are also seven colour palettes:
White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot, Rainbow, Violet, Crimson and Viridian.
Additionally, warm and cool image hues provide further control over the appearance of the thermal scene.
Automatic, manual and background calibration modes are available. Pixel defect correction is also supported.
2560 × 2560 AMOLED Display
A high-resolution 2560 × 2560 AMOLED display presents the thermal image.
The eyepiece offers 60 mm eye relief and a 10 mm exit pupil. Meanwhile, −5 to +4 D dioptre adjustment allows the display to be focused to the user’s eyesight.
Picture-in-picture is also supported. Therefore, you can view a magnified area while retaining awareness of the wider thermal scene.
Ocular Zoom 2.0
Ocular Zoom 2.0 provides a 3–6× optical magnification range.
When Hybrid Zoom is enabled, turning the ocular ring adjusts optical and electronic magnification together. Alternatively, Hybrid Zoom can be switched off so the ocular ring controls optical magnification alone.
Electronic zoom remains independently accessible through the turret controller.
Furthermore, maximum magnification can be configured to 16×, 20× or 24×. This allows the zoom range to be tailored to your preferred setup.
Integrated 1,200 m Laser Rangefinder
The ACE 2 H50R includes an integrated Class 1 laser rangefinder.
It has a specified maximum range of 1,200 m with ±1 m accuracy. Both single and continuous ranging modes are available.
In addition, range information and the ranging reticle can remain visible or disappear after a selected period. This gives you greater control over the information displayed on screen.
Built-In Ballistic Calculation
Ballistic calculation is integrated into the ACE 2 H50R.
Parameters can be configured through the scope or the NOCPIX app. Up to eight profiles can also be stored.
Consequently, different configurations can be kept organised without repeatedly entering the same information.
The scope also provides seven reticle types, nine reticle colours and six brightness levels. Furthermore, custom reticles can be configured through the app.
Compass, Sensors & App Tracking
An electronic compass and motion sensor are built into the ACE 2 H50R. A tilt display is also available.
In addition, app tracking can use stored ranging coordinates. This allows compatible ranging information to be used with the tracking functions within the NOCPIX app.
N-Link also supports image and ranging-data sharing.
Photo & Video Recording
The ACE 2 H50R includes 64 GB of internal storage.
Photos and videos can be recorded directly on the scope. Additionally, the microphone can be enabled or disabled as required.
An onboard gallery allows photos and videos to be reviewed without first transferring them to another device.
Alternatively, recorded files can be transferred to a computer through USB-C.
Recoil-Activated Recording
Recoil-activated recording can automatically capture footage around an event.
Pre-recoil recording can be set to 5 or 10 seconds. Meanwhile, post-recoil recording can be configured for 5, 10, 20, 30 or 60 seconds.
As a result, important footage can be captured without relying entirely on manually starting a recording beforehand.
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth & N-Link Connectivity
Built-in Wi-Fi provides app support and wireless image transmission.
Furthermore, N-Link supports image and ranging-data sharing. Bluetooth remote-control connectivity is also supported.
USB-C provides another connection option. It supports file transfer, external power and charging of the built-in battery.
Dual Battery System
The ACE 2 H50R uses a dual battery system.
A 3,650 mAh built-in battery works alongside a replaceable 3,650 mAh 18650 battery. Together, they provide a specified maximum operating time of up to 8 hours at 22°C.
However, actual runtime will depend on feature use. Functions such as Wi-Fi, laser ranging and video recording can increase power consumption.
The internal battery charges through USB-C. Meanwhile, the removable 18650 battery requires a separate charger.
IP67 Weather Protection
The ACE 2 H50R carries an IP67 ingress protection rating.
Its specified operating temperature range extends from −20°C to +50°C. In addition, the scope is rated for a maximum recoil energy of 7,000 J on a rifled weapon.
Manual standby is available. Automatic standby can also be configured based on the device’s tilt.
