Returns Within 30 Days

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included.

  • All manuals, cables, mounts and protective films must be present.
  • Use an outer carton when returning to prevent packaging damage.

Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable service and/or shipping insurance. We cannot accept liability until the item is received at our premises.
